Privacy policy

This policy explains what DEVRACCOONS LLC (“we”, “us”) does with information when you visit devraccoons.com or use an app we publish. Where an individual app has its own privacy policy, that policy applies to the app in addition to this one.

1. This website

devraccoons.com is a static website. It has no accounts, no contact forms and no advertising or analytics trackers. Our hosting provider (Vercel) keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and reliability. We do not combine these logs with any other data.

2. Our apps

Our apps are designed to keep your data on your device. Unless an app’s store listing or in-app notice says otherwise:

  • We do not require an account to use the app.
  • Content you create, such as notes, cards, bookmarks and settings, is stored locally on your device.
  • Camera, microphone and photo library access is used only for the feature you invoke (for example, scanning a page) and is processed on the device.
  • We do not sell personal information and we do not show third-party ads.

Some apps offer optional sync or sign-in. When you choose to use it, the data you sync is stored with our infrastructure provider (Supabase) under your account and can be deleted by you from inside the app or by emailing us.

3. Purchases

In-app purchases and subscriptions are handled by Apple. We receive anonymised transaction records needed to unlock what you bought; we never see your payment details.

4. Third parties

We rely on a small number of service providers:

  • Apple — App Store distribution, in-app purchases and crash reports you opt into.
  • Vercel — hosting for this website.
  • Supabase — optional account sync in apps that offer it.

Each processes data only to provide its service to us.

5. Children

Our apps and this website are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

6. Your choices

You can delete app data by deleting the app, or by using the delete options inside it. To request deletion of synced data or ask anything about this policy, email hello@devraccoons.com.

7. Changes

We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the effective date above.
